Kim Bock Quartet plays modern jazz with an edge, incorporating clever arrangements emphasizing the interplay between the four instruments. Kim Bock Quartet’s music draws on a multitude of influences including the music of Wayne Shorter, John Coltrane and Ornette Coleman as well as present day composers and showcases the deep musical sensibility and instrumental expertise of Kim Bock and his band mates.

Members of Kim Bock Quartet have previously performed with Billy Cobham, Kenny Wheeler, Greg Osby, Kenny Kirkland, Diane Schuur, Maynard Ferguson and Kenny Werner.
